No John, this is a RL forum and its is for RL discussion. There are literally hundreds of ways you can have personal conversations over the internet without people who have come here to read RL related material being forced to read it too. I didn't care too much during the off-season as there wasn't much discussion going on anyway. However now we have rugby to talk about and I am tired of seeing threads turn into personal conversations.

Regarding extra moderators, yes indeed we can add more. I would be happy to listen to anyone who is interested and a regular via PM. It is unfortunate that the existing Mods have all drifted away, mainly due to the on pitch offerings over the last few years. We will probably see more of Haighy this year I suspect.

I will volunteer, Im not sure some would like it though.

I think some players and fans will need to realise that there will probably be a requirement for rating/cycling round players this year, not so much missing out but horses for courses. We have a squad and they should be used to get the best out of it as a whole and I think in RM we have the right man from what I've seen so far.
