Well I have no idea but' if it is Leigh v Batley any lapsed Leyther will be astonished and sorry they missed the game.

It was Leigh and Batley but not for long. Looks like Leigh have a great deal of expectation on them along with Fev now as the pundits on Boots n All last night mentioned Fev and Leigh as favourites along with Batley- finished off with an interjection from Eddy about Sheffiled also in the mix.
No mention of Fax so clearly we are not up there according to those in the know this time.
This was also mentioned by Karl at the meeting on Monday. Clearly we are not regarded as a threat this time.

I think Leigh have been building for a couple of seasons now and their recruitment for this season is as good as or better than their rivals.

Everything goes in cycles and their time is now, can they take it, will they take it?
If I had to bet then I would rather back them than bet against them.

In any case the pundits are saying what most of us would say regarding the top teams, add Dewsbury to cause some problems for any team especially on their own patch into the mix.

Fax can be disregarded by the TV boys if they like but they won't be by our rivals and us.

This year the comp will be better than ever where plenty of games we go to we just won't know who will come out on top, can't be better than that.

Who cares what the sky pundits think. I dont think they ever say anything worth listening to most of the time...if at all. They say what BSKYB wants them to say.
