I'm struggling to see where there would be any logic in going into a game with only 2 props.

Awful first half today. So so slow. Slow at reacting, slow moving up in defence and nothing in attack. Second half - completely different but no cigar. This Northern Rail malarky doesn't half cause us some headaches. The one thing we're going to have to learn as Champions - everyone is determined to cause us an upset - to knock us off our perch. You could see that with Batley today - they were so fired up. Constantly driving our players into touch followed by plenty of congratulatory back-slapping.

Wake up call or a sign of things to come? We had a similar start last year but look where we ended up. We have the players to make sure it happens again but please please let's at least progress to the NRC quarters before the "real business" starts and before Vikingman starts wetting his knickers with glee.
