There's several folk who won't like that remark, daveshay, even to the point I'm sure they were cheering for Sheffield last weekend so they could let rip on here. The resultant silence sadly said it all. But I wholeheartedly agree. Yet ANOTHER good season, and well primed to make it to the Final. From a shocking start the boys have dug in and worked hard to turn it around. Now we all need to do the same because our battered and bruised squad are going to need us all singing with one voice to make the season a success.

Don't think iits a coincidance that the team found some pride at the same time Stanley and Macca left home.

Matt said on radio Cas tonight that we only had 18 fit men prior to this game, that's some achievement to keep the run of form.

I'll admit to coming out of the Dewsbury game thouroughly ed off and cursing how slack we looked in the second... Recent results have shown that Dewsbury really did get there act together though so it obviously wasn't as huge an upset as we thought.

You can do tackling practise though. That's the only criticism I have had of MC.

Another tough side in Batley beaten. 2nd place secured! Some great periods of defence (and some lapses). The team are working for each other. Good talking amongst the players. Confidence looking good. Exciting game to watch. ok some mistakes and at times we overplayed, but its another win and we're up there with the best so lets get behind the team. know Matt and the players appreciate it.
