defeat was totally down to calland . too many key players left out... but still cant believe how a player can be sent off for bad high tackle stopping player scoring 5 yards out and thats not a penalty try .....Laughton has his own rule book...but would of been a travesty if Hunslet had not won

And the victory was down to Calland on Thurs, it doesn't help when your players are tired, 2 have gone off injured (Goddard and Gleeson) and Brannighan is playing with one arm. You cant expect Larder + Wrench to play 80mins agian so the right decision to leave them out. The players he put out were good enough and gave it a good effort. It wasn't Callands fault so get over yourself

The ref had nothing to do with the result either, it was our performace and thats all.

I am always behind Fax, all i was saying was too many of the form players rested. Penky, Shad , are two we missed . Ben is doing nothing and looks like he needs time out

And Calland took him off so that's what you wanted, Calland saw the problem, Good Coaching, Injuries forced him back on. Beswick is a good enough hooker to control that game and White is good enough at full back. You'd berate Calland if Penky + Shad got injured and they played, maybe he saw he couldn't afford the lose them to a injury which happened with Gleeson + Goddard.

as said i am giving my opinion , Ben should not of played and White at full back when he cant take a high ball, is not a good decision he never looked safe and never looked like breaking the line and his defence is not good enough

well it was probably the fair result, we managed to get back level in the 78th minute after again trying to produce yet another miracle comeback,

we got what we deserved, we were awful today for the first half inparticular, it only got better in the second half becuase it couldnt have really got any worse.

i know we only had a big game on thursday which we won but, if Goddard and Gleeson and White and a few others who backed up and played again,

unless they were injured which i havent heard anything of, where was Shad, where was Penky, to players that would have made a big difference, White good player but no way he is a full back.

fair play to Hunslet they wanted it a lot more, winning the league would be the better honour though.
