Bad day at the office today started by letting their fans in the South Stand, we let in some poor tries I hope we can get our Mojo back as we need to for the games ahead otherwise it will be another tonking at Hull KR, Widnes who will go for the jugular and at home to Leeds maybe London will have nothing to play for in the last game hopefully!
We must improve our attack and bring in at least one new half back for next season and somebody with pace PLEASE!!!!!

A comment I keep seeing on Facebook is that anyone who has played the game will understand and they will not be the ones moaning. Well I played the game for a number of years and I have watched the game for many decades and I can still tell you that performance was sub standard but it seems some fans and players are trying to gloss over it by saying we are trying to compete with a full time team who has spent x amount.

Anyone with a level head can see that and anyone who watches us regular will have expected quite a heavy defeat yesterday but for us to compete for decent amounts of the game but as I said before our performance levels were poor and a number of other people on here who have played the game are also saying the same thing. The reality is that if Salford hadn't removed both first choice half backs for the last 25 minutes or so we would have been looking at an 80 point loss. Other fans might be happy at just making the eights, Im not one of them.

One man doesn't make a team, but one man can make a massive difference. If Salford would have had Jackson Hastings for the full season they would have made the top 4 in Super league. Pure quality and there's nothing we could do about it.

Well that made next week an easy decision.Embarressing...outnumbered and 60 put on us at home to Salford.Nev er thought i'd live to see that day....

There is no substitute for pace and class and Salford had that all over the park. We have had a lesson in how to play rugby at a different level today. The league table doesn't lie and that is why they are top and we are bottom. The reality is they have been playing at a higher intensity week in week in the SL out and we haven't in the Championship . It's one to right off, learn from it and move on. as has been said we are not going to be able to fix it this year now so let's just support the team and hope that we make some calls next season that bring some pace and class into our team so we can continue to build for the future.

Don't beat yourself up, we been in your position many time & I am sure we will again. we still have a long way to go to secure our super league status. Only a few weeks ago it was all doom & gloom at Salford, just like us, you need to stick together.
Thank you for your hospitality yesterday, it is always a pleasure coming over to Halifax, I am old enough to have witnessed some fantastic encounters between both clubs.

I rarely put critical comments on Facebook because you get slated by the hardcore fans . Today was poor and wished I had saved my 20 quid. I can accept been beaten but what I cant accept is when we drop off tackles and make fundamental mistakes . Playing out yours sets is imperative at this level as is a good kicking game. Murrell been offered a new deal but what did he do yesterday? Hb is a key area of the team and I know Murrell is part of the furniture but sometimes tough decisions have to be made. Johnston offers a running threat but again his kicking game is poor. Off the field was nearly as bad as on it. Queuing 25 mins to get a drink. Salford fans in South Stand. Atmosphere was drowned out by away fans.
Don't get me wrong Salford are a class act and are probably too good for the middle eights. HB's were a different class.

There’s a surprise!!

As supporters shouldn't we be "supporting" the lads with maybe some "constructive" criticism, rather than moaning and groaning and bagging them? Shameful.

Lets look back on a fantastic season with some great performances from a team who play their hearts out.

Congratulations lads.

Soon we can soon look forward to next year with a few new names perhaps and hopefully beating the Bullys if they do get promoted (or if they don`t just get promoted directly by RFL to pooper league).

Sorry i must be positive about the RFL and the future of our wonderful game.
