I agree with you in principle, my concern would be could our club go down this road financially, I really would like our bod to put out a statement to the fans explaining our current situation and plans for the next 3 seasons. I think communication between club and fans is appalling, this does not include Fax tv which as been a breath of fresh air.

There is more to the "rent" saga than we will ever know. Now the "sale" saga has passed, I think the "rent" saga has passed - as they were probably connected.

In regards could we afford this setup. Probably not, hence a young cheap coach?

It would probably never happen, but I personally would love to see both clubs put their heads together (for once) and find a good training solution that works for both clubs. A proper base for not just on pitch training sessions, but a gym, indoor work areas (for when the training pitch(es) are too muddy, etc.

Its not something that would happen over night, but its something they could aspire for.

A young coach would be very good for you , one with passion and hunger for the game , but I still think you need an older head to guide this Young Coach , Fax have plenty of experienced blokes who need an older figurehead to look to , is Brian Noble the answer ?Im not sure , after watching Karl on Fax TV , it seems like a few players will be heading for the Exit doors at the end of the Season .Heres a suggestion ,what about Stuart Littler from Leigh ?Hes doing a bit of Coaching at the moment , is young , eager to learn , probably available , put him with an older Mentor , it could work .

Only 3 for definite: Bradford, London and Leigh. Possibly Donny, but only if they finish 2nd. Fev aren't going fulltime whatever, and I doubt there's anyone else planning to be.

Bubba - I think this is the most feasible way forward. Like you say, probably never happen.

I don't believe that Harrison is capable of stepping back and taking a Director of Football role. He looks like he is the kind of person that would appoint a yes man as coach then run the team from the background.

Im just not sure where the club can go from here. If they give Harrison another contract now it is going to cost them literally thousands in lost revenue and sponsorship so as has been said they really are left with 2 choices, he goes now or they simply do not renew his contract. Either way it has to be done as soon as possible to give as much time as possible to get the right coaching team in place.

The main problem is getting someone in for the first year and them knowing they have to use Harrisons signings that have been made(although it does look like a pretty strong team on paper) and almost could be treading water in their first year until they can make their own player changes.

I firmly believe that we have a lot of talent in our team. I struggle to think of one player in the main squad who i would immediately say is just not good enough. What they lack is direction, organisation, cohesion and motivation and I do not believe that KH is capable of providing any of this.

90% agree,but there are 3/4 players i hope we don't retain.

I agree there are a few who are average at best and we should always be looking to improve and strengthen but, according to the last Fax TV episode signings have been made for next season but will not be announced until current season is over.
