Got my two tickets in the East Stand today in the area allocated for Fax to sell.
Blimey, it looks like me and my mate will be Billy Nomates, not a single ticket sold apart from us.
Mind you that's more than Seagulls have sold.
Come on Fax, it's at the Shay, It's a final, lets show the RFL we can fill a ground.
Would have prefered to have been in the South Stand with Charlie and his Leigh mates, but want to watch both games so a sit down is preferable.

Its always been a Mickey Mouse cup. It was a good day out in Blackpool that attracted more fans than usual for a good day out/weekend away, check out attendances before Blackpool!

When we beat HKR at spotland, the attendance was around 4500. Leigh sold 700 tickets up to Wed morning I believe. It is a worry, but maybe the cash turnstiles have had an effect on that with plenty travelling last minute by car.

I will be hoping that Leigh could populate their nominated stand ver well !

I was contemplating going along to watch a game of RL with my son. £15 compared to the £14 at Blackpool was disappointing but not a bank-breaker... but £10 for juniors? I guess for a Leigh or Sheffield fan you'd just pay, but they've lost £20 from me (the £15 and the max £5 it should have been for juniors).

Hull KR have a big fan base. Sheffield don't unfortunately.
Also, in previous seasons, the RFL carrot & stick (Ticked box) was in effect that deluded fans into thinking they had a chance at Super League!

The North Stand has been refurbished to a good standard with a new toilet block up in the far left hand corner so it should be able to cope with all the Sheffield fans in attendance! I hear the Skircoat is closed for the game

When Leigh beat HKR at Spotland there where about 1100 of their fans.

Leigh will bring more a week Saturday than the Fax v Fev game yesterday.

I like the Shay, and its a really tidy, traditional ground.

I think we will take 2k and will create a belting atmosphere. As already stated though, based on them figures, an attendance of under 4k is likely !
