But they'll put all of their energy in to whining on an internet forum, potentially getting an outcome they're not happy with, and then throwing their hands in the air at the injustice of it all when really they've done nothing actionable to try and alleviate their concerns.

Hats off though to any supporter that supports their local team and puts the effort in to actually go and watch them, rather a team where the most effort they have to put in is turn the telly on. I would hope the love for their club is the over-riding factor in this, as is ours.

I would argue there is more wrong with football that needs addressing rather directing their ire at us.

Ironically there is no free speech on there as I've been banned 7 times . He can crack on with his forum but should be nowhere near anything to do with the running of the shay.

That's incorrect. Gfn1 is still there,albeit under a different name. You've only been banned if you're being a dick or trolling. If you're making a fair argument, you wouldn't have been banned.

This forum used to be the worst for banning..
Hoddie was banned...which i think probably led to his low tolerance of RL trollls

So my last ban was because I suggested back in June that fax were in dialogue with the Council regarding taking on the shay , and possible investment from the fraine bros and possibly others, to which flea said i was thick as mince , based on the warnings I had from hoddie regarding aggressive language I asked him to apply the same rules with him , his response was that certain loyal individuals were given special dispensation , so I replied no problem I will sort it out outside of the forum, then I was banned. Seems like the kind of fair impartial person we want involved in the running of the shay.

I'm guessing the fact you said you would sort it outside of the forum it was treated as a threat, which isn't tolerated.

A threat of what , what do you think I'm gonna do drive to Tesco and beat him up . I'm a strong believer in accountability. Hoddie should have warned flea for being abusive . That's his job .

There is no being paranoid. Yes he is one voice but it is a voice of hatred towards Fax and when he has influence over a lot of members on that forum who seem incapable of thinking for themselves then it becomes a problem. I do have a feeling what you are saying and what you think about the situation are two totally different things. Again would you allow someone on your group who had expressed a hatred of all things Town going back nearly a decade?

With another football game being postponed ( before Fax have been anywhere near it ) with the backlog of games and the rugby season getting ever closer I can see the issues with the weather and pitch coming to the fore.

In view of recent posts it will be enlightening to see if and how much blame and abuse will be levelled at the rugby club again.

The usual drivel , latest topic is entitled bad news then basically slagging off saltys testimonial and rent arrears even though hoddie admits after yet another foi the payment plan is upto schedule , words such as parasites , the usual squatters etc .
