Happy if he gets himself fit and well in this close season. It might just be me but I didn't see too much of him last year in terms of minutes played. Would be happy to hear his brother signing

Would be happy to hear his brother signing'" Not really sure of the merits of veterans on a career wind down and no real desire to attain the level of fitness they had/need to make a telling contribution...Grix/Murrell is certainly enough now don't need his brother to join the saga party. |

Are we really comparing a full back to a player whos career has been hampered by serious injuries? A fit Simon Grix is still playing top level in SL, the lad has done well to even get back on the field after his last serious injury and that is going to make it a struggle to get his fitness levels to what they were when he struggles to train but even putting in 40 minute shifts for us he is twice the player of any other player we have in our pack. Given that Grix and Murrell pretty much do the coaching themselves it makes sense to have them both on the field as much as we can next season in the hope that they will become our next head coaches.
