We got a young lad on DR who is basically stepping up a level to try and give himself a shot at making the KR first team, he is going to be trying his off and that is all we can ask.
@Nat I thought it were a maximum of 4 loans at any one time? Again though not sure the maximum in a season.

We have had a small squad this season we are part time and we are knocking on the door of 4th spot. It's the first time we have used DR and there are only 6 games left. I think we should be applauding RM, the squad and the BOD and not criticising for have one DR player who I am sure will give his best for us.

| I am not infavour of DR and never will be but how can you not support the lads after what weve been doing recently? It irritates me that some fans find that using one player is enough to stop them going. Every club has used this policy and alot to simply 'beat' clubs that are arounf them. We have alot of injuries atm so we are entitled to use what is available to us aren't we? were hardly abusing the system. Get behind the lads we don't have a big enough fanbase as it is without fans boycotting games even when we are winning!!
btw is this the fourth club Trout has played for against us? Now that IS crazy!  |

Fair points WM. That's your view and you are, of course, entitled to it but....You mention we several times in your post and with DR in use it's not we is it? And yes, I know that we've used loans but as has been stated in the past that is different. Anyway I for one hope that this DR is our first and last use of this dreadful system and we can get back to being Halifax RLFC as soon as possible. The Brew House Hightown

Unfortunately with the current situation if Fax don't use every option available to them when the club thinks it is necessary we'll be getting back to being Halifax RLFC mid table very quickly with worse to follow soon after.

What a ridiculous state of affairs. How are we supposed to plan for the game if we don't know if our bosses along the M62 will let us play the lad? Let's just hope they don't and we can bring an end to this whole sorry and demeaning episode.  |

Depends how their hookers came through last nights game. They have Salford on Tuesday so a short turn around and then they have Huddersfield on the Sunday.
I agree that it is a poor state of affairs when we don't know who is available for us because of DR. Doesn't help the game plan that RM needs to use.
