Hope the 7.30 kick off for the Northern Rail isn't true, I thought even this year's was slightly too late (though I do think it's better to kick off late afternoon rather than at 3).
Might be a viewpoint biased by us not reaching a Grand Final in 7 years yet two NRC Finals in that time, but I think the NRC is the far better event of the two.

Sadly Fax also have a few idots like Fev and other teams that after a few beers act like morons and shame the club. Before people start looking at other clubs fans maybe look at the attitude of a small minority of our own.

The Fev lads who I've socialised with are cracking lads, let that be put on record. I enjoy ( and so do other Fax fans ) drinking in the Featherstone hotel ( Top house ) pre match, we're always made welcome. It's just a terrible, terrible shame that Dave Singer's injuries haven't made people think twice before acting caveman stylee.

Well if the intention is to play the Grand Final on the plazzie pitch at Widnes then the Championship clubs need to grow some balls and tell 'em to get ******.
Not really a fan of the Halliwell Jones but at least it'll be the same type of surface they've played on all year.

noted that they are filling in the corners of the halliwell stadium and increasing the capacity by 2000 by doing so. |

I do believe Fax train on this type of pitch anyway up at the college so not a problem for us anyway . Karl said he liked the pitch up at the college. |
