| Quote: Ewwenorfolk "I had hoped that as part of the deal one of our young halves might go to Fev on loan. Doesn't look to be happening but Mick Potter has said he'll look to send younger players out to championship clubs, so you may see a couple at Halifax! Olbison, Crossley, Crookes and Addy are all ones who are expected to go out on loan this year.'"
I thought Addy went quite well at no 6 on Sunday and could well be a useful addition to the Fax squad, given we have lost Branners and Holly.

Seeing as I've now seen reliable sources being cited for 3 different figures, I guess at least two of them are unreliable
no doubt about that! but it's an offer we couldn't turn down, in fact i'd have been disapointed if we hadn't taken it. can't see zac being recalled this year TBH

Can easily see it. Ryan Hall is going into the season injured, no Scott Donald, outside of Lee Smith all the other leeds wingers are unproven.

Ben Jones - Bishop & Watkins? Leeds tend to be pretty good with loans! BJB had no call back at Quins despite them having no FB at one point so will also depend on the deal arrangement!

absolutely. i think leeds want zac to gain another year's experience in the championship and i think that's what they'll give him. don't forget we've also got tommy saxton and brynn powell as wingers in our squad, so as much as we would miss hardaker we still look fairly strong in that position i would say

| I reckon Zac will be FB - and suspect Ian Hardman and Steely may be the ones to miss out in the back line!

Both unproven as I said. Hardacre will be training at Leeds during the day so that will make a lot of difference when considering if to recall him or not. He will know the game plans, plays etc.

True but again same goes for other two. BJB was first choice FB for Quins and got in England train on squad so I'd say pretty proven and will be first choice back up. Watkins also played a bit if SL rugby and if kept hold for now presume he's ahead.

Nat, Zak is training at Fev and part of the deal is he will be a Fev play throughout the season and is not subject to recall!

Most loan players will train at parent club in the day and then at night with loan side, if you think about it Zak is now a full time RL player whereas Fev will train to a part time schedule i.e. Evenings & weekends at times. So he'll just do both as is what he's contracted for (maybe balance fitness work out though).

| he's solely @ Fev J20, part of the deal. He's spending pre-season @ Leeds and will join us for the start of the NRC! As I say, all part of the deal!

That's a surprise as with respect he'll learn a he'll of a lot training with Leeds every day. Gareth Frodshsm with Widnes on loan all year but still do training in day with Saints. Why would Leeds pay him big money to sit around all day when could be training with them? Doesn't mean he won't play every game with Fev!

I can't guess Garry Hetheringtons thinking but do know he sees Zak as FB, wants him to play train as one and see's his development long term at Leeds but initially with Fev. Not having spoken to Gaz since Zaks signing I can't say how he's thinking but I'm happy he's entirely a rover this year.

Impressive to say he prefers back row! That's where he's seen long term, but his best performances in first team have been at 6, and does a great job there.
He'd do an excellent job for you, at 6 or 13.
Good ball handling, decent in game kicking and excellent goal kicking.

I'm sure ge would, but I would much prefer to see Bowman playing their than a loanee or dual player from another club. Thought Bowman wen well against Bradford. All the best attack came down his side in that 2nd half
