I think that top spot is anybody's if I am honest. No results are guaranteed. We have a tricky run in and could very easily end up in 4th or 5th with the way results are going. I just hope we have hit the ground running for the run in. Top or 2nd will do me but if you had said Barrow would be in the position we are 12 months ago I would have been well happy.

One positive to come out of this though - if it carries on at least we know where we stand when it comes to getting into super league!!!

Get real?I sometimes wonder I really do.That performance was crap it really was. This is a time when a coaches ability is really tested and so far Calland is looking like coming up short by a country mile.

We really need to keep our expectations in check.

People have far to easy forgotten the days when we thought finishing 5th was a good season. Calland is the man responsible for getting us to a position where we are challenging for the top. If you cant see that and really want him to go then you need to take your head out of the sand.

Indeed. Always looked like scoring when you got into our twenty. We on the other and didn't have a clue near the line. Haven slam Halifax yet again. I find that irksome to say the least.

The real season starts on Thursday, if they are as good as they (thought) they were they should turn up this time round.
