| Barlow had a decent game. Morrison, however, is a cheap shot merchant who really should have performed much better. Definitely noticed it was a Harrison team rather than a Calland one - 'Fax were so narrow at times it was unreal when realistically when you've beat us in the past it was always because you'd exploited the wider space of the LSV pitch.

| Barlow played well today but spat his dummy out and did some stupid things at key moments. Handforth on the other hand was dirty AND cr@p and I hope he gets a ban for stamping on Maden early on. It was pathetic, as was 'Rhino' spitting his dummy out at the end of the match. Talk about a sore loser
Oh well, we won AGAIN and that's all that matters
I thought Fieldhouse and Barlow were your best players today.

Barlow only lost it once and maybe he did get bitten? We don't know do we?
Where you get Handforth being dirty from? Average yer but not dirty.
As for Karl kicking the water bottle he was just showing his frustration, players and coaches do sometimes its called passion, you never lost your cool in the heat of the moment and kicked the floor or something???
You won enjoy don't come on here putting little petty things enjoy your moment, unless you get London at home it will be a painful next round lets be honest.

What was the incident with Morrison when he got a talking to from the ref? His first hit on McNally was legal though, couldn't understand why the Leigh fans around us were going nuts, it's rugby after all...

Nah doubt it Fev are the ones again.
We shall see we are just short of being top imo.

| Barlow was our best forward yesterday, his footwork just prior to contact and offloads are defence openers. It was obvious to me that there'd been something un-toward when he spat his dummy out but the lad can't win can he ? Anyone who doesn't react to been bitten on the forearm isn't human, he reacts any other way & clobbers the assailant & he's a thug, get real he only acted like most of us would have done. Shame it was sly enough for the T/J & ref not to see it, we could have done with a penalty in that field position.
I'm chuffed that Sam is back in 1st team reckoning 'cos he offers a lot more in defence than some others in the forwards group of players within our squad.
Unless there are injuries that restricted selection in the forwards I think playing Morro in such a game was a gamble, but I suppose he's had some game time before he goes trampling all over the Fev lot next week, he'll just have to watch out for Dirty Dickens' head-butt.

Quite correct. Nothing wrong with it.
Morrison hit McNally as hard as he could, even though he could not defend himself. Probably the frustration due to him not being sporting? One hand on the player would have completed the tackle.
Now on the other hand, If I was still playing I would have gladly put the idiot into rowZ the next time he ran the ball in. I am not all for celebratory high 5's and teeth gringing after such an incident, but its the way Morrison is.
Was it legal ? Yes
Was it needed? No.
Is it a pitty Tim Street wasn't on the same pitch ? You betcha !!

Well by that standard a nice gentle push to the floor would be sufficient enough for a tackle? Come on now Snowy, when you're in defence you look to hit your opponent as hard as possible, the old idea of roughing them up. The game was blooming tense and the teams were both riled up, there were big hits going on all around the park, but according to you they're all unnecessary? One of your players did something almost identical to (I think) Paterson, but it's rugby, it's a hard hitting game, as Morrison well knows I'm sure. If he'd purposely gone into injury McNally then let me tell you, I wound not be defending him, but from I saw he just went into put McNally off the game, but that seemingly failed...

| I'm sure that Bentham put it on report when Sam eventually managed to show him his arm (presumably with some teeth impressions?). Nothing on the RFL disciplinary though?
