| Quote faxcar="faxcar"Of course no fans ever look for scape goats and someone to blame whether that be the ref, players or the coach after losing a game do they and can always be relied upon for the most balanced view of things, after all we have you as an example to rely on
Actually. None of this answers the questions asked about your previous erroneous statements concerning DR.
And concerning players feelings who's advice if followed from a 24 man squad would see at least 7 players not even getting a game week in week out for any club!!!
As before all this is all based on "if's" and imaginary negative conclusions.
"If" they are being punished and "If they are picked" then they will automatically play crap for us

I mean it's not as if they are seasoned professionals who are international or dual international players or anything.
No no no "if" they have a bad game one week then surely they must want to follow that up by just going through the motions and have an even worse game "If" they get selected the week after, that would make perfect sense, or maybe not.
What about "If" Maizen is still not fully fit and "If" Tibbs has had a reaction to his current injury and "If " there are a couple of players other than Kev carrying a knock and Grix just wanted the option of experience cover to call upon "If" anyone broke down?
When you listen to SG talking about the game whether that be to fellow professionals or to the fan base rugby league knowledge just comes out as natural as breathing and without even having to think about it is part of the conversation as anyone I've ever listened to.
By comparison, how much coaching experience do you have at any level, have you ever even played the game at any level?
Yet you are implying from the comfort of an armchair that you know more about both the bigger game as a whole, the weekly ongoing situation at his club than he does and that Simon Grix is signing up to a deal where he is being forced by Lee Radford into partly picking his team, it's a complete insult to him and the club to even suggest so, it's absurdly delusional.
Instead of always jumping on the clubs back why not wait and see what happens and then listen to the reasons for it?'"
Firstly, no need for bad language, it's not very professional is it? Then to answer your points about the seven players missing out 'week after week'. We have a small squad and all players will be used, be it for injuries, form, suspensions or tactically. They will all have trained together and know our calls and moves. Also, yes i have played the game and done a little coaching not that it means all that much in the context of commenting on here. As for sitting in the comfort of my armchair i'm doing that as we speak. I also go to every home match, been a season ticket holder for years, and the vast majority of away games. I'm allus available to pontificate on all matters Fax,usually in The Three Pigs, with anyone and long may that continue. Up The Fax!

Where is the bad language, are you dreaming again?
I assume you mean “crap” which is an every day expression of something that is below standard as apposed to the foul mouthed “F” word employed by you so your in no place to give advice on swearing or professionalism.
It matches your below average knowledge of the game.
Simon Grix, Hudds and a Goldfish are in a room together ( and if Hudds is there it’s likely a tap room) where the one with the highest rugby league intelligence influences what the others do next.
Simon goes on to coach in Super League.
The Goldfish goes on to coach in the Championship.
And Hudds starts blowing bubbles whilst having underwater swimming lessons.

Stopped going in the 3 P’s since there was a report of watered down ale.
Turned out to be a false alarm and someone called Pete had been crying in everyone’s beer again.
Anyway off to watch Cas to see who plays badly and what our future team might look like.

So out of interest how does this work then?
Does someone at Cas just ring Simon Grix and say, like it or not your
having “him” this week and he must play?
Or every week does SG have to ring Cas up and ask if there’s anyone who he “must” take before he names his squad?
If true makes you wonder why anyone would go for such an arrangement. Certainly hope our new coach isn’t forced into being such a yes man.

| Quote Hudd-Shay="Hudd-Shay"Let's make this simple. The 'parent club' picks a player or players who need game time or are coming back from injury and tells the 'junior' club here's the players available for you this weekend. The 'junior' club then decides to play said players if needed, they have no say in choosing anyone from the 'parent' club. All this whilst the 'parent club' keeps it's boot firmly on the 'junior' clubs neck. What happens when the 'parent' club gets relegated due to them having players who aren't any better than the 'junior' club's players is anybody guess.'"
So the parent club offers the junior club a number of players as you describe above BUT the DECISION of whether to take them and play them is completely down to the junior club.
How does that equate to the junior club being TOLD what to do and having "a boot firmly on it's neck?"
Or to keep it simple, could it be that it's the junior club who just needs to add some numbers to their squad for a week or two so they initiate contact and ring up their partners and ask if they've got anyone available and if they have it's the junior club who decides if they want them or not?
Sounds to me that it's the junior club who are in complete control and are using the parent club to try and find a short term fix rather than being short on numbers or playing players who are busted which has been the case in the recent past.

Short term fix is the key here. The longer the 'junior club' continues to use dr the longer they will stay a junior club. Again at the risk of repeating myself, my main objection to Dr is not the harm it's doing to my club, it's how it is distorting the game. There is only one winner in this farce and it certainly isn't going to be clubs outside of SL.

Fax have only ever used it as a short term option and regarding DR for Fax staying in the Championship your definition equates to both being junior to SL and a parent club to Champ 1.
In that setting as a junior club we're all too aware that without the backing of a wealthy benefactor the challenges of changing that and us getting into SL and DR is one of the least of them.
My main objection is the claim that Fax are subservient to someone else which is simply not true so why would anyone repeatably say so, isn't that distorting things?
It calls into to question their identity, their integrity and is an insult on everyone associated with the club at every level, for a certain there not winners in that scenario so isn't that causing harm to the club?
