Wasn't going to get involved in the debate but I don't think there is anything 'eccentric' about a 50 year old bloke having very young boys for sleepovers and even sharing their beds. He was....ahem..."proved innocent" because of how high profile the cases were and his cheque book.

Firstly I'm sad at the passing of one of the greatest entertainers of all time. He was certainly one of my heroes growing up.

Secondly there are several posts on here that break the AUP and I'm suprised that the moderators have let it pass.

Might I remind people of the rules including:

I, along with the other 153,000 to 42,000 thought it was here, meaning I too agree, when it is actually Hear, which means I hear ye or hear him.

I learn and will, from this point on, only ever write hear hear.

That said. I do think that the thread is completely irrelevant to the board and should be locked, before it gets out of hand.

That's why the heading begins OT (off topic) and we know that the subject is dead, hence the discussion.



Plus, I've never quite understood why people ask for threads to be locked simply because the subject matter doesn't interest them personally.

I was actually interviewed at 5am this morning going to work in Munich about it-had no idea and to be honest not too shocked as he has had health problems added to various operations etc.
As I basically said to the nice looking young Reporter. "Sad for his Family and friends who knew the real Michael Jackson but for people who never knew him to cry and for the Media to have lengthy reports and tributes over these stars is for me Over the Top. Thousands die each day especially in Africa after starving to death and no such fuss is made. He is a human like the rest of us. Respect what he did but thats it"
