We need to keep moving forward, the Skircoat will let the rest of the ground down so we need to replace it in the long term. Look at Widnes they don't use 2 of their stands most games yet they have them and as a result get some representative games like theGrand Final until it moved to Headingley or Warrington.

The article states "The stand will have 3,500 seats bringing the ground capacity to around 10,500" so how can that not include the Skircoat Stand?

I still cannot understand how, with 3 newly built stands the capacity is still less than Wheldon Road/The Jungle!

The ' end ' stands at the Shay have restrictions on them because of lack of facilities like toilets / turnstyles and the like

They are easily both big enough to hold 4,000 each

So you could easily accomodate up to around 13/14,000 if need be

Depending on how many sheep you let in as well
