Don't know how true this is but letting Barlow go and getting Godwin in to replace Penky that's not strengthening the Fax team In my opinion Hope if its true that you have got plenty of cash for him when he just signed a new contract and said Fax was the club he wanted to play for Still think you will have a good team next year but this would be a blow for your coach and his plans i would think

Not surprised if true as likely had a release if a SL Club came in and to be honest we are lucky to get anything for Sam the way things are these days. I doubt very much anybody knows the full details especially fans from other clubs. If Barlow has gone good luck to him. He has always given his best and thats all you can ask for from a player. I am not sure Fax are so much in need of the money more that Sam wants to have a crack at the SL- and who can blame him. Least we have got some extra money out of it and there still time to sign a good player to replace him. My fear up to now is our recruitment is average at best and I feel we are currently behind, Featherstone, Sheffield, Leigh and Batley. Thats not a go at the board by the way but more that so far the Squad for 2013 does not make me feel that optimistic that we will be getting to any finals. Its up to Rhino to get some quality in because personally right now I think we are lacking it in many key areas. But the Season is till not finished and theres still plenty of good players out there.

Did you loose Makka and White or did Fax not want them

I am a friend of Sam barlows dad and this is true. It is nearly a done deal. I also understand that this was likely to happen but also a great bit of buisness for the fax.
Prob is the best for the club but he has been a great player and also named on the team of the year.
Hope we bring in some decent players as I think if this happens our best 2 would be gone.

You will get some I cannot understand why people are worried the season hasn't finished until Sunday so there's plenty of time for you to bring some quality players in and you will as i have said in another post you will all be happy in Jan 13 when your squad is finalised
