I think your question was valid and I am sorry you seem to have been shot down.
In my humble opinion. Of the people on this forum, most are unhappy with Dual Reg, but accept the boards decision (with reservation) a few are so unhappy that they will stay away, that's up to them.
Of all the people I have spoken to who do not contribute to this forum all couldn't give a flying """" as long as we start playing attractive Rugby and don't lose the games that we should win, like we did last year.
Personally I am looking forward to this season with renewed optimism, mind you I have looked forward to "this season" every year for? Not going to say, but it's a long time.

Mind you I do think Hull is a cold depressing place.

He also said we would finish in the top 2 and win the grand final of which we did neither. We listened and believed even though most of us did not think there was a chance it would happen under him. Personally for me I have read what RM has had to say on the matter so I will reserve judgement and see how it pans out while at the same time getting behind the team just like I did under KH.

I think a lot of these people who say "not going again until" do not understand the finances of keeping a club like HALIFAX RLFC going.
So as I have said before, those of you who will walk away, get in touch with the board and tell them the alternative.

I will be visiting your Forum more often in 2015 ,hopefully to add my opinions , im not one to Gloat or take the urine ,again I admit I think the DR situation when used right is a good thing , I think in RM you have a good Coach , similar to PR at Leigh , he wont be railroaded into picking players he doesn't want .I always said when a player puts on a Leigh shirt , hes a Leigh player no matter what , in the past we have used many DRs at Leigh , and I can think of only 2 who have not performed , in Tom Spencer we received a very good player , im sure Fax will in the long term benefit .

I have met and got to know a few Fax fans over the last couple of years and I know how Proud you are of the Club and Team , this coming season will be very hard to keep up with the pacesetters , and you need a big a squad as possible , in using DRs RM will do his best to give you a team on the pitch to be proud of , after all his job is on the line ,have faith follow your lads in Blue and White , make Halifaxjohn Mayor of Halifax .All the best for 2015 .

Charlie is currently watching the Alamo , and it reminded me a bit of the DR system , it was the Texans fight , but many other brave men gave their lives including Davy Crockett who was from Tennessee , im sure the HKR boys will give their all for the Fax cause .
