| Quote Halifax RLFC="Halifax RLFC" The ground does not need to be emptied between the games - it is a "proper" double header. Entry prices are £12 for adults, £6 for concessions and £1 for juniors. The admission price entitles you to watch both of the games. Entry is free of charge to Widnes and Halifax season ticket holders upon production of the relevant pass or voucher. The East and South stands will be open. We are hoping to put on some form of entertainment for the hour or so in between the games and will let you all know when we have further details. '"

I've spoken to one of the councillors today about this (one who is a rugby fan and was fighting for the double header) and he said they haven't changed the kick off time for the first match as Widnes have already been messed about enough over this. As awkward as the time is I think they're taking in to account some supporters will have already made arrangements to get to the Shay for 11.30. |
