I thought the concept was a great fund-raiser, ridiculously over-priced though. £40 odd for the shirt & a £25 add on was too greedy. I got two, one as a gift for my old dad & the usual home shirt purchase for myself, which incidently i haven't even worn yet !
Bring the costs down & i'd consider it, failing that, there's no chance of my money.

Tenner is a better option, hopefully get more people on board, more names should equal more shirt sales, it's got to be a balance. At 25 quid I gave it a miss last year but would chuck a tenner in.

Why not offer a raffle ticket to everyone who puts their name on the shirt. Meaning that potentially someone is getting the shirt when it's launched for just a tenner?

Ambitious going for 1K names but fair do`s if they manage it. Not sure how the shirt will look though with all them names on it.

plenty of xmas pressies of names on shirt. hope blue n white hoops with lots of names on it.

Make it as easy as possible for people to 'sign up' by getting it on the Online Store too!

I do think though to get people to part with cash for this and season tickets etc we need to create some excitement....

Let's forget trickling the odd signing through between now and Xmas. If the contracts are signed let's announce everyone and stop messing around. Fans get excited by hearing the ambition of their club. In my opinion we need to do lots more work on that front... I seem to remember KH saying in one if the RL rags weeks ago that he'd got a couple if significant signatures already... Well let's hear it.

Our communication at times beggars belief in what should be a pinnacle year for the club after 10 years in this league. Let's see how serious we are as top 2 material and the fans will back them!!

Completely agree with this post Chris. If interest levels increase so will the revenue of the club.
