One thing that puzzles me is where do the Town fans get all their information from? Is there a leak within the Council as if so there should be an investigation into who? This issue is a sensitive one between a landlord and their tenant and is a very private matter, like did we hear about Cut Prize Charlies on Southgate not paying their rent and eventually getting locked out in the press? No and we shouldn't as it is a very private matter and provided the Council take the right course of action through the proper routes then fine. The big question is if Halifax Town are paying less for using the Shay then why? I want answers in public now as I am sick of Town fans putting all our stuff out in the open (subject to it being true or not) so why not theirs?

Again I go back to the meeting at the Shay on 17th Feb.

Might learn how to log Freedom of Information requests myself. I am concerned that our council are renting an asset of public interest to the football club at an reduced rate. As a tax payer I want to make sure the council are not underselling a public asset. Don't expect a response but worth a try.
