I don’t think we will make the play offs. We are now 8th. It will only happen if we win everything and those above us slip up.

Same old, same old today. That was just a really low quality game of rugby league, Widnes were dire and we were worse. Capable of winning all 5 but fell at the first hurdle. Again if we can manage to win all our remaining games then we will probably still make the playoffs and we know the team can get up for big games but anyone feeling confident of us winning 4/4?

Also what is it with the experiment of playing McComb in the back row? We are light enough as it is without having to play a winger in that spot and once again we came up against a pack that dominated ours for most of the game.

Considering it was two teams fighting to get into the playoffs apart from the result what we watched today was a very poor quality game with little on a positive note to say about it so I won’t even try.

Total lack of understanding with Walmsley and we gift 3 pathetically straightforward identical tries. Thought Crooks had by far his best game, and O'brien was a breath of fresh air when he came on. Keyes was largely ineffective, although hardly surprising after such a long lay off. There is the core of a really good championship team there, especially if they can sign up O'brien for next year but today, for such an important game, it was totally deflating.
