It was mentioned that Ganson maybe coming out of retirement in view of the fallout from the Hudds / Saints drop goal fiasco, the article said he was "too good" to be in an administrator role.
This is the guy that caused more controversy when he had the whistle than anyone else ever and even with video technology couldn't make the right calls on more than one occasion.
His reward was to get a top job in overseeing things and if he is the best on offer and is being missed it says it all. |

What an absolute Bell!!!! Fair enough to be proud of the team after coming back to win from 24-0 down, that deserves praise. But Sam let himself down and saying your proud of that is a very poor message to send out.

Good on Sam for doing that. But I don't think his actions on the field should be given the backing by the coach in the press, or at all. I doubt Sam himself was proud of his game and wouldn't condone it so I'm surprised at the coach doing so. Poor message for any youngsters that a game in which you a sin binned AND sent off will win you the pride and respect of your coach, no matter who had been winding you up pre game (which is poor also imo) |
