Fax have struggled to average a 2,000 attendance all season and today's attendance of almost 5,000 now gives them the average of 2,500! Hmmmmmm strange coincidence that on their last home game of the season they now hit the criteria for Super League application.

Attendance figures should be the number of people through the turnstiles on the day. Not the number of tickets sold. I bet they claim to have sold tickets to schools etc for £0 but if these people don't turn up then they shouldn't count towards the days attendance.

If you employee that logic then what's stopping teams like Widnes and Leigh from doing the same and selling 10,000 tickets each week at £0? Which would look they would have sold out the stadium each week because technically the tickets have all been sold???

It's a disgrace. Professional clubs lying about attendances just to hit criteria set down.

This needs to be investigated and the true attendance figure published.

Its not Fax that are a Joke though is it. The real jokers are the pillocks running or should that be ruining the game at the RFL by franchising and lieing and moving goalposts to get things there way. If the people ruining the game are doing it why allegedly Clubs not try it as well?

Sitting in the East stand for a change (and getting chanted to wave from the South stand) the crowd looked bigger than normal as the south stand was quite full and a lot of the east stand was busy.

Yes freebies, and because of the fire people went out of the ground.Then come back into the stadium.Widnes got 8000 when gave freebies away,and it is easy that way.Sorry but this is a load of bull.

And we were ever so grateful of the 2, 434 Doggies fans for contributing to today's attendance, allied to that, also to Widnes for rolling over in the NRC final. The Doggies really are the bo££ocks !
