Our players are still as good as that 13 match winning streak suggests. I'm confident that we'll take our place in the Grand Final and with a steadier approach we'll win it. My main concern is next year. Others will get stronger and we must too but at least the language coming out of the club on the future playing front is positive to that end. I'm disappointed by our reaction on these boards but i'm as much amused at the Widnes reaction. If i was coming on here cold after a spell in solitary confinement i would automatically assume that the season had ended on Sunday and that Widnes had won their Grand Final.

I thought Widnes looked to have scored an identical one just before half-time but it wasn't given. From my vantage point (behind the sticks) it looked like the ball was on the line. Obviously the Widnes fans were 100 yards away so they couldn't see. I could be wrong but it looked OK to me. Anyone video the match?

I've listened to the game again on Radio Leeds and now I've calmed down a bit I can have a bit of a chuckle at the commentary;
