When we go up on Neil's magicalmysteryfunbustour we always stop at a very expensive service area, think it's on the M6 does any one know what it's called?
Would like to take Mrshalifaxjohn there to see what we can't afford to eat.

| Good win today and what sounds like a solid defensive effort, well done to all.

To be fair we were very lucky, everyone of our passes were forward, we lay on at every tackle and we were off side at all their play the balls.
The referee and the line persons were well paid by us and got to the match on our bus.
Apart from that the Workington fans were very magnanimous in their loss.

| Do we know where Danny Craven was?
Having said that not sure we missed him Salty back to fullback, Ben and Scott half backs and Taylor at centre, none let us down. Nice to see Tangata have a run out, verdict still out?
Well done Fax.

| We must have been is same stand HJ as that is all I heard from the Worky supporters all the way through the game also! Backline looks more setled with todays set up though I would slot Tyrer back in for Taylor. Hard to pick an MOM as I thought several players contributed to what was a good all round team effort. Long time I have been to all 3 Cumbrian clubs in the same season and come away with a win at every ground.Still in 6th place.

| We lack a goal kicker, even Steve Tyrer is erratic.
Some relatively easy kicks today went astray,
It rhymes.

Hello Dave ,we were in a Pub in Penruddock just off the motorway and a couple of Fax fans came in with a lad around 10 years old , the guy looked a bit like you,was it you?I spoke to a few Fax fans at the Tebay services and they said you played well in the first half but we're very scrappy in the second half, sounds a bit like our Match report from Haven, still wins for us BOTH makes it feel better.

| To the 'Fax lady I spoke to at Tebay, on the way to the frozen North West - well done on the win. Top 4 still 'do-able'.

I think that we will be able to give a clearer view on that after next Saturday.

| We did a job today, some great defence as we and the Ref put us under pressure with numerous sets of six on our line but we kept them out, their try was from a decent kick and a long range effort.
Some good tries again and we never looked in danger of losing.
Worth the long trip.

Oh and yes the Workington fans were bad losers today they moaned even when they got dodgy calls off the Ref for them! One guy near us was just nuts.
The Ref was terrible, he gave 2 or 3 knock ons when we had dropped the ball backwards, 2 not playing the ball right when teams do this at quick play the balls all the time and a ball steal when their player dropped the ball.
yet we still won comfortably.

Craven-slight shoulder injury should be fit for Fev.
