For the game there defence was good we gave two many interception tries for them and we have a centre who cannot tackle or hold the ball roll on next week hope we can steady the ship best team won today

Good efort by Leigh to beat Fev on their own middin. Clearly that shillacking given out to Leigh, by Fax ,earlier on the season was a one off. Not many teams will got to Fev and come away with anything!Looks like Fax and Fev now both have one thing left to concentrate on re end of season! I actually think Batley may have a say in the NRC if the draw is kind to them.408 spectators for the curent Champions of our league is a tad embarrassing !

Exactly rich, they just let the other "TOP" clubs think they will clean up and do all the talking and stay quitely focussed and just get on with the job.
They have the right blend at the moment of a good pack who Brambani works off, a dangerous three quater line who most other fans would struggle to name but are better than most and the x factor of QLT, Yensi and Talla. |

Good effort???? It was an massive effort!!
We gave three length of the field interception tries and the one Leigh scored of their own back, Fev defenders somehow conspired to tackle each other and allow Gardner in unopposed!
Then, after the Fev benevolence of the first afe came the defensive stint that really won the match for Leigh. They were blowing out of their @r ses but never stopped tackling. That''s cup footy. Ya play like sheeeite in the league, you rectify it next week. Cup footy... play like sheeeite and both last years finalists are out!!!
Ah well..... I'll eat worms for a couple of hours then I'll be reight!  |

Thanks for the good wishes Mick , but as you know Charlie takes nothing for granted , our defence was really good today , we played like Trojans , our 17 lads would have been welcomed at the Alamo ,alongside Davy (Caroli) Crockett.
