Wouldn't it have been better to have let these fans experience the New East Stand? It would also look good for the Sky Cameras.
If a fan does have a SL season ticket, can he pay for an upgrade for a seat?

The Club considered extending the offer to Championship Club Season Ticket Holders. On balance it was felt unreasonable, effectively, to charge Halifax and Widnes Ticket Holders and not those from, say, Leigh or Batley.
Ideally, it would be good to earn money for Overgate and introduce a new audience to Cooperative Championship Rugby.

Point taken but it's only 1 match and for a good cause at that. Plus they might bring some paying friends. |

It would also be a really great idea if the club took say five pounds out of every paying adults entry fee to donate to a very worthy cause too. Come on HXRLFC you know it's the right thing.
