I don't recall Halifax ever bringing more than a couple of hundred to the Stobart. We're looking at bringing over 1,000 fans here, so it's totally different situation.
I can't see why Halifax couldn't have sent a batch of tickets to Widnes. Widnes will provide tickets to other clubs, if requested, so if you had to queue up to buy a ticket at the Stobart it will be because you didn't order a ticket sent out to your club, or the tickets were not deemed as necessary by your club. Both scenarios are a lack of organisation from your side.  |

It's all about being Professional and taking responsibility, remember the customer is always number one and for this game we are the customers buying in to the product. In future Widnes Vikings may have to consider taking it's money elsewhere if the 'communication' and 'attitude' of Halifax RLFC doesnt improve.

Er what about the Play Off game?
We brought a few hundred to the league game last year which is the one I am on about, either way the ticket system was naff, 2 people serving for the home end which was quiet as you lot already had ticktes mostly yet only 1 person for us. |
