Its about what other teams forums will say if we lose.
I've not missed a game this season and don't intend to, I love our style of play at the moment and am never ever negative about our approach.

I apologise to everyone that I mentioned the possibility of being beaten at some point.

There will be countless numbers of people coming on here and saying that the wheels are about to fall off, but the reality of the situation is that they are all envious of the position our team are in at the moment and they wish it were their team up in front leading the way.

Winning is not a sometime thing, it's an all time thing. You don't win once in a while, you don't do things right once in a while, you do them right all the time. Winning is habit. Unfortunately, so is losing.

no doubting you are the team to beat at the mo and playing some good rugby, still think with you having to play toulouse twice and a few other top 6 sides some home some away you will be beaten at some point cant see you getting beat more than 2 or 3 times

but as last season proved it is not how you start its how you finish, play off football is totally different pressure and different teams react in different ways

Fact is, we are still the best team and club in this league. We lost one game.

But to all the Fax fans that said I was being negative etc etc, just spend a few minutes looking at all the posts from other teams saying we are rubbish.
This was exactly what I meant when I started this thread. I was there today, we were poor, simple as that. But I'll be at Donny, then the next and the next and the next.

Ok, so you disagree, but you've not given any reasons or evidence to prove why my statement is incorrect

The best team will be whichever one wins the grand final, after all that is what every team is aiming to win at the start of the season. It's about peaking at the right time. I don't know how you would judge which is the best club in our league, you suspect Widnes though just because of the finances and support.

Blueboy, I think you are misreading the last few posts, the "Quote" facility has messed up.
Obeone said "whatever" when I said we are still best team and club in the league and I then asked him why we aren't.


I feel some people are underestimating the importance of finishing top of this league. It means you have to win one out of 2 games at home to make the Grand Final. To get to the Grand final from 6th place means winning 3 games in a row, away form home, against teams that finished above you! A huge task.
