With the amount of rain you would think the pitch would take an hammering if the game goes ahead.
Who makes the call, if it's the ref does he have to make it from a purely rugby perspective?
Can he even give any thought to the pitch being ruined even if he wanted to.
What's in the rules?

Has to be by the book this one so I think its only the ref and the 2 teams get to make a call on this one. With Haven having far to travel Im sure they would be very much in favour of the game going ahead rather than have to re-arrange for a mid week game. |

Had a bit of feedback from Town fan on Twitter about match being cancelled and going on about us not paying the rent again. I'm usually pretty laid back with what thecTiwn fans say, they're entitled to their opinion but some of them are real dicks.
If our game does go ahead then they'll be whining for weeks.

called 5 live Breakfast to say that with “honourable exceptions” he thinks that the average football fan is “of limited intelligence,” and would use all their disposable income to follow what is “probably the only interest in their lives”.
“The game is run by spivs, chancers and gangsters, it’s played by morons and it’s watched by cretins” he said.
