| This season isn't about exciting rugby, its about results and getting some brass to strengthen the squad, comparisons with Callands mob are irrelevant.
Were in with a sniff, under Calland we could well have lost a few of these dull games, Richard and the boys have my full support, they are giving it their best, and who knows, maybe a miserly defence and peaking for a couple of crunch games might just be what we need.
Keep it up chaps.

| Quote: Living The Dream "Our d is great at the moment and stopping a side from scoring a try in 80 mins of rugby takes some doing. What does concern me is our inability to keep hold of the ball in the opposition red zone and build pressure. We let Rochdale off the hook too many times yesterday and we will need to be much more clinical on attack in next two games as we won't get that many chances.
Critical period coming up for sure.
Our points diff needs to improve sharpish as well as those teams around us are battering sides at the moment.'"
Pretty much how I saw it.
Normally you have a diagonal attacking line coming at speed with dummy runners going through and a pass out the back which is tough to read or stop.
Our attack in the red zone suffered from a flat attacking line with too many flat passes and players either getting tackled as soon as they got the ball or having no room to do anything other than rushed of the cuff stuff.
At least RM saw it and has said it will be worked on this week.

Attacking wise not fluent defence spot on as it has been all season. Fev game prime example. Better team won on the day but for all the possession fev had to only lose by such a small margin top effort as it was against Rochdale.
We have a good team spirit from what i can see. So lets get behind them as we are in a good position presently to make top four.
Important games are coming up so lets get behind our team for a top 4 finish.

| Hull KR only beat Rochdale by 8 points so happy with the scoreline - hopefully training might add the extra 5% and a little more confidence to the attacking side of our play

For the trip against Fev? Looks like at least 1 match ban, will be missed.

Were you watching a different game to me? He ran hard and tackled well! What more do you want from a forward?

Line busts/offloads.Has to justify being in instead of Nelmes/Riley etc who would have run hard and tackled too IMO.Didn't say he was poor.

It doesn't matter if he's poor or brilliant. He's a Salford player.
