This. Jonno has played great recently, and has put some telling tackles in at fullback. He's never going to stop a bulldozer from a yard out from the line, but neither would Salty. One of our best players, albeit he (and Salty) I think could do with some quality coaching to bring out their best.
Just a thought, but maybe we need to think about our coaching staff (not our head coach, who I think, despite the disappointments, is the best man for the job) and whether they're getting the best out of or players?
