Leigh finishing bottom with just one win is a huge surprise, as is us finishing 6th what an achievement and getting the £787K is HUGE for us. Leigh will bounce back I am sure but a team full of stars doesn't always work its a team game and we have fantastic team spirit led by a great team off the field so we will also be a threat next year with a couple more decent signings.

Leigh are moving in a direction that will only end up in tears.
As for us, best points difference out of all the championship teams by some distance, better attack than Wakey, better defence than Salford. That is phenomenal for a part time team. Our work ethic in defence is second to non and our players put their bodies on the line each and every week for their team mates no matter who the opposition are. Bradford and Leigh may have the big time charlies but for the most, leigh especially, they are on a downward slope in the careers and only care about the pay checks, we have a team that lives rugby league.

Why do you seem to put a downer on EVERYTHING Leigh do, you seem to gloat and get off on us at every chance ,I think you have a serious persecution problem,even Mr Jagger doesn't have a go like you do.  .
I can fully understand you having a go at me or even Derek but you are like Rumpkestiltskin skipping around laughing and predicting our misfortune,what a Plant pot you truly are,I don't normally do this but you really do have issues and problems with Leigh, get over us enjoy your success. |

Charlie is ok when he is giving it but clearly cant take it back. No one in their right mind can think they can come on another teams forum and shove down their throats their opinion that their team will finish 7th over and over and over and think they wont get something back when that does not happen. If you cant take it dont give it is my motto.
Anyway not even sure what has set him off this time other than my opinion it will all end in tears at Leigh. Im sure there are a few others that hold that opinion as well.

Greg ,my response to your messages was maybe not my style,but I do feel you have a problem with Leigh as a Club,this is not Banter,myself I can take any banter aimed at me I laugh at myself and my caracture I'm a Clown,big enough and ugly enough to take it,I in fact love it,I have a good laugh with nearly ALL posters on the Fax message board, its just you who seems to mention Leigh in EVERY post predicting our downfall at every opportunity.
By all meas have a pop at me I welcome it,I'm sure Derek won't mind either,but the Club will go on its way,signing who we feel will improve the team.
Maybe I was wrong to resort to personal name calling, again not my style I apologise for that, as I said by all means take the urine out of me welcome it.
