I alluded to possible new signings in a post a couple of weeks back. I understood that Mitch and Adam have already been given contract extensions and the capture of Moore from Cas has already been released to the media. I'm confident/hopeful that these will be 2 new signings which could turn heads.

I wish this had been started as a new thread! I was getting all excited about two new signings when I saw the heading and then lost connection on the train to Manchester.

When I got connection back I was a little bit underwhelmed.
Still a good signing, brought about by Richards knowledge and recognition of young talent, something that has been missing for a while.

One of the safer predictions to make Charlie, given the squad you've assembled? The bookies agree, with Sky Bet only offering 2-9 for you to top the league (they're not brave enough to flirt around with teams that bottle it later and give any odds for the 8's!).

Fax are equal 6th/7th with Dewsbury with the odds on Bradford, London, Sheffield and Fev all being worse odds than Fax.

Realistically, I don't expect to cash in, but my cheeky bet on Fax at 40-1 looks a tad more "value" than a certain other wager that's been mentioned!

Seems a bit strange to have a team led by last season's coach of the year (that's strengthened and not lost anyone) so far down the pecking order in the betting? Shame there's no each-way bet available!

They obviously don't feel we can replicate what we achieved towards the end of last season, not a problem, RM just needs to print the odds and stick them on the wall in the changing room.

Sparky ,I'm a betting man ,love a bet but even I wouldn't bet at 2/9 crazy odds,I have my own bet with your own very generous Mr Jagger some bookies might offer you a bet without Leigh in the betting,that way you might get odds of around 8/1 for Fax it's worth asking your local bookies.
The spot for 2nd place in my opinion is very open,all the usual suspects in the frame, my only worry for Fax is the rest of the Club's will be ready for you next season,my dark horse team are Dews.Stay Happy.
