Not sure if this is true either but I saw a piece in the Rugby League Weekly "Noisey Parker column this week that a former Fev loan player from Warrington Wolves called Gavin Bennion was coming to Fax. He's a big prop/second rower. I think he played at Fev last year on loan, but this season he is in Australia so Mr Parker said.

A lot of chairmen bump into players at Birch Services. The number of "co-incidenta"l meetings and coffee chats in that place is staggering.

I remember bumping in to Danny Tickle and John 'Norman' Pendlebury in what was Jenny Dees just before the young man headed off over the Pennines, doubt there was any coincidence in that though.

Would Calderdale College let us have their pitch every day during term time?
Gym facilities. Don't think the ones we use are suitable for full time.
