The cub statement from Ian Croad says not. Bit disappointing because if we do well early on it will throw doubt on whether we do actually want to get promoted. He says we're not ready.

Let's not forget that, even if a club finishes in the top three/wins the million pound game, there are still off-the-field hoops to jump through. It's still not about winning promotion on the field.
