I agree they are special people, but I think without the abuse there would be more people willing to give it a go.
In under 10s rugby young refs are getting abuse from the players the coaches and more sadly the parents.
Step forward a couple of Leeds teams and ******** Moor playing from a Town that the ******** Rams play from.

Incidentally, just watched the final of the womens 100 mtrs, no where near as fast as the men but some very fine costumes.
