I see Leigh as slight favourites here having not lost a league game all a season and Fax coming off the back of a tough game last week against Super League opposition.The loss of Robbo and doubt over Johnstone for tomorrow is also a key factor. I rate our squad when it is at full strength and also home advanatge with some decent support tomorrow will be important. Makes me think its going to be a close one and last years thrashing of Leigh was a freak result. Will be there supporting the blue and white whatever the result. Good luck fellas in the biggest game of the season to date.

First game I've really looked forward to in a long time. Leigh haven't played anybody of significance really so this us their first test. If we show up like the last couple of weeks we've nothing to fear. They have us Fev, Sheff and Dewsbury in next few weeks so there season could easily derail as most are away fixtures too. Plus Fev and Leigh drew each other in CC so I think we are in a good position IF we can turn them over.....

I agree with Chris-no-relation, Leigh have been a little off colour with their recent wins & appear to have rested a few last week. I can't see us losing this match, which is very unusual for me, they need bringing down a notch or two and the main rivals in our league will secretly hope we take the three points tomorrow. If we do win, i wouldn't be too fussed about them getting a BP but if we don't win, we'll need a BP. I was giving Sam some stick/banter last weekend & obviously i hope we win, i always wish for us to win but there's nothing worse than a former player coming back to haunt us, Penky will also need watching closely & clonking if we can get away with it ! Hopefully i'll get to the game. Good luck lads.

Well we turned up for 39 minutes and as Andrew Voss has stated, pushed off to the 3 Pigs at half to celebrate a great victory.

That second half does rank with some of the dumbest rugby I can remember seeing.

Rich my friend , nowt to do with being Smug , what annoyed me early on was the Crowing of Fax Fans with Score at 24- 0 , trying to and succeeding to wind up Sam Barlow , even the guy in your Dug out had a go , and Fieldmouses waving gestures were not needed .Fax had set out to wind Leigh up , it was reported as such before the Game in the Sponsers Lounge . It was a pity I couldn't see you before the game , I didn't even Halifaxjohn , maybe he was hiding , travel to the LSV in June for a drink with a happy Clown .
