It's a nice shirt, but completely ruined by the names on the bottom. Would have thought the names would have been integrated into the design rather than just slapped on. The other stuff looks great, guess that's where I will be spending my money.

I completely agree. It is a nice shirt and a good design apart from all of the names that look like thay have just been slapped on.

I doubt i will be buying this one but i will be getting jackets, coats etc. Was really looking forward tp the new shirt but im afraid it was an anti climax for me.

Nope, I'm in the same boat as the last 2 posters, I dont like it at all, the names at the bottom look like a afterthought, Yeah its great for the club with the money they made from the names but will that efect the sales this year remains to be seen. My dad wanted one for his birthday which was on saturday so was holding out for this to be released, will show him the picture but back to the drawing board for a new pressy i think.

I don't want to be overly negative on this, as the 'names on shirt' idea is a fantastic one, but it just seems the execution hasn't been quite right on this one. The club are trying new things, and this should be applauded. However, this doesn't change the fact that I won't be buying one next year, I'll buy some of the retro stuff instead.

It's a little naive to think that design doesn't matter. When you are spending £45 you want to make sure you are going to get plenty of wear out of it - you're less likely to do so when you don't like how it looks!

I'm sure plenty of fans will buy it, it just seems that we may have missed a trick in converting those who think a bit more about this decision every year.

The shirt on the link looks great, the worry for me is it has number 9 on it with Handforths name above !!!. Oh Dear.

Seriously though, It looks really smart without the names on it, Is there anyway at all that it could be purchased without all the names on it ?.

Also How much is it for just the shirt, If my dad likes it then i cant see him walking around in socks and shorts at the age of 60 !!. £45 is a bargain for the whole kit though, Absolute bargain !

If it's a playing shirt they are usually printed on, as with the old Kooga shirts though they standard ones were embroidered, but don't take that as gospel.
If it's printed it'll cut down on nipple rash from the badge during our red hot Summers.
