18-50 fax. Bit of a bloated scoreline but we've been very good in patches tonight.

Not at the game due to work but sign of a good team when we have been as ruthless as we have in the last quarter .... stopping other teams getting the bonus point might be important at the end of the season.

Very true mate. Early 2nd half I was twitching a little, Sheff had a lot of ball but we only needed a sniff of a chance in the last 15 mins and we put them to the sword.

Great effort tonight. The scoreline flattered us in a big way but the players worked their backsides of especially in defence. We looked more clinical and our defence as said was fantastic. Sheffield looked to be struggling in attack in the final 20. Brambani could have pulled out and certainly didnt need to slap Handford in the head- though he did milk it! The Ref had little option but to bin Brambani. As for Mitchell Stringer he is a first class thug. Knees in the head, neck or back on each tackle. No need for it. Good to see Aizue go well and often smash him. Tough to call MoM as some top performances

There were a few mistakes and the scoreline did flatter us but; a very impressive performance from us tonight especially in the last 15! Penky and Manning were on fire! Defence was fantastic for the absolute majority of the game, even under the mounting pressure from Sheff (which Brambani undermined). But yep, overall I was very impressed but I still think we could hit another level yet, onwards and upwards!

We won ! And that's what counts. When Sheffeild were down to 12 men (and he should be suspended for the late tackle which was a two handed smash to the face) Fax tool advantage and ran in two trys.

We played them off the park in the second 20, took most of what they had in the third 20 and ran riot in the last 20.

Because we would not have scored 24 points in 9 minutes if it wasnt for the sin binning. We was very good tonight but we wasnt 30 points better than them IMHO. I still believe we would have won but just not by such a big scoreline.

Agree with that. We looked very solid in defence. We were the much better team and the score line reflects that. The strength of our bench really told tonight.

the penalty count, 8-0, either side of half time was killing fax. some of them wrong. ball steals one on one. but great defence kept them out. few niggly shots went unpunished.
agree that the aizue break in the last seconds would have been great finished with a try.
