A double-header will have an impact on gate reciepts. Got to spread one gate receipt x 2,500 over four clubs? Not sure it's financially viable. Obviously they'd have to have the Mutants and our junior partners on first - as the warm up to the main event featuring The Champions.

Gate receipts are not shared at this stage of the challenge cup, nor the next round as seacon tickets are normally eligible for one round. Round 3 for Championship teams and round 4 for Super League teams. Away teams are paid a lump sum by the RFL usually.
Therefore it would be only be Halifax and Siddal that would lose out in any shared gate.

Best bet for Siddal financially would be to mutate over to Widnes and negotiate a deal. More Widnes fans are likely to go down to a home game than come over here for a game against amateurs (no disrespect to the Siddal lads).
