Fieldhouse is a very good player, I think he would be a great signing for us, I've seen him play several times. Leigh East also have the best amateur player around in loose forward Gary Middlehurst, Conference player of the year last year, scores tries for fun, I'd like to see him have a chance at the shay.

It wouldnt mean the end for him.

although i probably wouldnt mind if it was, he's a good centre at this level.

it might just be me but whenever i saw him with the ball, i always expected something to go wrong, he was very unpredictable, and holding the ball in one hand like a tennis ball made me nervous too.

There has been rumours circulating that Holly is not wanting to give up as yet, You just never know. Cant see it myself with Jones on board but i would happily welcome him back. It wont be long now before we know the full nal of the squad. I still see us being a top 3 side this year and hopefully 3rd year on trot in the final, Lets hope we can have a successful run in both cups this year and get the club where they need to be financially as well.

Stewed on this signing for a few hours and I reckon its ok, we have plenty of pace already in the backs so a strong centre who can tackle and take a couple of defenders out of the game is good for a speed merchant outside him, balance me thinks, welcome back Rats.

Really pleased we have signed Ratu. When fit i was very impressed with him. Low centre of gravity and great offload in the tackle, also can defend a bit so good signing. Hope Nashy comes back, total animal and his celebrations when we scored were worth the admission price alone.

Everyobody saying that Ratu is Nash's replacement - could it be that he is Goddards replacement??

You can't knock the work that Matt Calland and co have done in bringing on players that we have signed, look how much the likes of Miles, Patto, Rob Worrincey, and dare I say it Shad Royston have come on at Fax. Could the link be that Matt himself was a good threequarter and he knows how to bring the lads on.
