| Quote: littlerich "These questions are often answered by the OP's themselves. Kilroy, Robbo, Heugh. Still being talked about 25 years later having played only ONE season.
That's how good they were.'" These 3 should be honorary members of the club's Hall of Fame. Given the delayed arrival and early departure due to overlapping Aussie seasons, they didn't even play a full season yet they are still remembered. Probably the greatest trio of overseas players we've ever had. Along with Eadie, should be in the HOF despite not playing 200+ games like most have to before you get enrolled.

Also you have to consider their impact and the other 11 or so Aussies that came over between 1984 and 1987. They (and Brookie, god rest his soul) plucked this club from the sticky stuff and put us back on the RL map for another 16 years until our demise in 2003. I'm sure that when i'm rocking in my chair at Heath Bank Nursing home in 40 years time i will still have these great memories.

| I was honoured to watch Wildman, Cav and Smokin play for Fax. They came as no names and left as Legends that time will never forget. I doubt there are many players who have spent 1 year at a club and had such an effect as Robbo and Joe. Thanks for the memories

| Brendan Hill?
He was worth the gate fee alone back in the day.

| Those Friday nights were great, in the days when town played home games on Fri nights aswell, we had bigger crowds regularily.
