| I do pop along to the Shay every now and again when finances permit (or when they kindly let me in for nowt for being a Bulls season ticket holder!), as I live in Halifax now. But 30+ year of living in Bradford before it means actually donning a Fax shirt would be a step too far 
I can't get to Warrington next week regardless, but I'll be watching on the telly and hoping you win. And if Royston is coming to us next year, him getting the winning try would also be nice |

Can't think of a better way to leave. I have no qualms with Royston leaving for SL, he's been a class apart in this league for a few years and deserves his shot. He's given us one more year than we thought he would and he has become a Fax legend, 100 tries in 100 games says it all really.

Shad's a class act and it would be great to see him turn on the magic in Super League. But, what are the overseas limits now in Super League? Is there room for him at the Bulls?

Won't be an issue, due to the length of time Shad has been in the UK, also I thought he had a British Wife |

I reckon he'll be a very shrewd acquisition if true.
I've only seen him play at full-back, but he's been described as utility, where else does he play and what does he offer there? |

Full Back is definitley his best position, but he still managed to score trys when he was playing loose forward as well. Solid in defence. I would say he is least effective in the Centres.

I hope he does get an SL contract and it doesn't really bother me that it is with the Bulls but I don't think Shad will sign it or want it to be announced in the up coming week as I don't think he'd want it to affect the build-up up him and the team have to the final. Only a theory of course, but Shad comes across as a professional like that..

| Shad in my view is one of the best players in the championship and will prove to be a great assest to bradford. He will be better than Michael Withers |

If Shad goes to Bradford then good luck to him. He deserves a shot at SL and has been a fantastic servant to Halifax and i have no doubt that he will do well for them. 100 tries in a similar amount of games from mostly fullback is awesome. IMO he has been our best fullback since Kilroy although unfortunately for him it has been at a lower level. The guy is virtually error free in every aspect of his game. Thanks Shad and good luck.
