So with potentially all Cteams that met the old criteria now have one maybe 2 games left to now meet the new point of having an average crowd of over 2500... great timing again by the RFL!! JOKE!

It does make me wonder if winter rugby would be more profitable for the clubs "excluded" by RFL promotion criteria.

It's certainly easy to conceed defeat when the goalposts are being constantly moved.

Maybe not to the RLF's ridiculous franchise guidelines but Fax have consistently been one of the best teams on the pitch the last few years. That is where it should matter, and not off it.

P&R should be reintroduced with the RFL doing their best to help the promoted clubs be able to compete on a level playing field.

Or clubs at least being given the responsability to refuse promotion if it will do more harm than good and take prize money instead.

We need a backer or a group of backers.
We need bigger crowds.

If we get these everything else will follow.

I have always said promotion and relegation should be the way the leagues are run, but I still don't think we would be ready for it, if we went on to win the GF.

However P&R is not available and we know it, I just wish the RFL would conduct themselves with integrity and set the rules at the start of the 3 year license and not when they have decided who they want in.

Jeeeeeeez we might not be flush with cash but we aint THAT bad mate, we just need a good run the the Play Offs and job sorted.
We will survive and regroup next season when I think the CLUB will come out of this better off for this years BAD EXPERIENCE.

It would this town still has the club at heart - I recall even in the darkest Bull mania days there were still Fax fans in Queensbury and Shelf, outnumbered lots yes but still blue and white and proud.
fax just needs a professional set up and a decent team, we have got one right the last few years apart from winning a trophy we just need the money man!

you do know,if you want to apply for a franchise for 2015 the attendance figure will be 3500 dont you.
