| Irrespective of who is the brains behind the idea, it is so very encouraging at last to see the Club tapping into the fans' high spirits and goodwill.
Just look at what the Bulls (cough / spit) did during their initial rise to the top, Bully soft toys, stickers, spare 4 x 4 wheel covers etc.. it was massive for them and I really hope we are heading the same way.
Good effort Mr Fax et al.
Just one further suggestion, how about looking into giving either a car sticker out with each shirt and possibly an offer on a 'Fax mug or keyrings etc. Anything to raise the profile is a good idea (and I wanna 'Fax mug for the office so can you put one aside for me when I bring my eldest down to get our bargain shirts?)
Very encouraging all round.

| is there any deal on youth and junior size shirts aswell because they have been sold at £20. my little brother has grown out of his and with my family not liking rugby and being "tight wads", me and my bro are the only 1s n we have t pay outta our money and we dnt always have the money t spare to get new shirts.
IMO £42 is a bit steep for a 16 & 14 year old, but i guess it would be worth it

| im afraid this deal is only for adult shirts
we only have some youth sizes left, and we feel the £20 that they cost is good value. any lower would result in no profit margin for the club whatsoever.
hope this helps

| Brilliant idea Fax.
How about a bit of "out of the box" thinking though. Why not anybody with a B**lls shirt who comes to the club can get a new fax shirt? They can't keep their old B**lls shirt though. Bonfire night coming up!!
This will get the disaffected clowns from Shelf & Northowram back on side. You know the ones that only follow a team on the up!

| This a great offer and well done to the club. At warrington there were loads of old shirts on display, let's hope they come and get the new one.
Is the club just putting it out email? If some of our fans don't have email how will they know? We haven't had anything in the paper for the past week and I think it important to keep a profile in the local rag. I am sure it is something that should be in the paper, get a picture of some players with old shirts on and a write up highlighting what's going on. I have some old shirts, they won't fit frank thou and I'm sure if you ask around others will have some.
The idea bout the bulls that someone suggested is priceless.

| Mr Fax: If you take up my suggestion ref the b**ls shirts, don't forget to put an ad in the T & A. They wouldn't think twice about putting the same thing in the Courier. Just wish the G**nts hadn't had such a good season.....

| Can I make a suggestion?
I was in Leeds the other day and saw a Rhinos fan with a polo top which looked like a replica of the home shirt.
Looked good it had all the logos on and everything and I would buy one if we had one as it can be worn casual, gived people something to buy if they alreday have the shirt, how about it Malcolm?

| I have had a look at the leeds online shop and its very good, all products available are all leeds logod and made by the same company that makes the shirt. This is the way to go when we open our new shop in the new stand, it will have some continuity.
Leeds have got it right and we can learn from the clubs that have a good off the field business. All clothing is and proparbly will be worn by the players at some point and thats all the supporter want, they see the players wearing it and therefore may be inclined to buy it. Its Team wear.
We have done the best we can with the limited shop that we have and they must be patted on the back, however we do need improve and hopefully with the new shop we can have a new start. Look and see what other clubs offer and do something similar.

I don't think the limited shop space is as much of a problem as the limited number of fans.
I think there may be a minimum order quantity that the suppliers will be asking for and if you want more than one style of shirt/jacket/vest/pole, that's when the problem of cashflow pops up.
IMO we aren't seen as a big enough club these days to be able to call the shots with the suppliers.
