Thought Black did OK, the players around him need to have more nouse, comes down to putting drills into practice and having a real eye for opportunities

Personally I felt that Beswick, Black and Penkys distribution killed us. Flat passes, forward passes, hospital passes. Yes I agree forwards do lay a platform but you need good ball distributuion to get a roll on. Rooney killed us tonight and as someone else said earlier had a couple of passes stuck we would have been out of the game by half time.

Black is a top notch super league standard player in my opinion. If we had an off half to direct the field position and turn the oppositions forward around continually he would come into his own. at the moment he doesnt have the space to play off the cuff cos our team is getting battered.When your game plan gets sussed out as ours has, it takes time to re adjust, unfortunately for us it looks like its a little late...watch this space for next season with a specialist number 6.............if we get one that is !
